[ctusers] changing orientation

Hello users,

Apologies if this has been asked before:

Does anyone have a 'fix' for occasions when a scan orientation is input
in error, and the acquired scan has incorrect labeling?

We are using a GE Lightspeed RT, and the scan will be used for
radiotherapy treatment planning, so if possible, we would like to
correct the labeling, to avoid potential treatment errors.

Retrospective reconstruction doesn't help on this occasion. Obviously,
DICOM standards are there to keep this data secure and free from errors,
but it this case, works against us.

Aside from manually editing DICOM tags (there are 60 images), I don't
have a good solution to hand.

Thanks,

        Mark
